A long trip to owning a crafts store…
It was a long journey for me finding my place in this world…
After college I’ve tried myself as a clinic receptionist, as a shop sales’ person, as an office administrator. I’ve tried learning massage techniques, accounting, other skills… But nothing clicked with me.
Until I got married and became a mother of two wonderful children 🙂
While on maternity leave I had some spare time and I’ve taken up crafts. First for my own needs – knitting this, sewing that, decorating those. And it is then, when I saw awe and pride in my husband’s eyes and with support from my relatives, I understood that this is what I want to do in my life: to create beautiful things, to bring beautiful accessories into people’s celebrations, into their special days.
Candles, brooches and headbands for Christenings; photo albums, ring bearer pillows, money boxes, garters and other things for weddings. Any accessory for any celebration. I can leave my footprint in other people’s lives 🙂
I love what I do now. I have found my place in this world.
